  1.      "Do you mean to say," asked the Chairman,  "that you can build this tunnel for ┬ú100?"
  2.      "Well," said the first man, "there's my brother in the business as well."
  3.      "How can you do it so cheaply?"  said someone else in the room.
  4.      "We've got low overheads," said the man's brother.
  5.      "How would you do the job?"  asked the Chairman.
  6.      "We'd start at opposite sides.  I'd start in France.  My brother would start in England," replied the man.
  7.      "But what if you don't meet in the middle?" asked the Chairman.
  8.      "Easy!" said the man, "you'd get two tunnels for the price of one."
